My 5 Easy Steps to Get Healthy

The motivation is real, and I am so ready to go. I’m tired of the yo-yo diet and ready to get my booty in gear. So I’ve set my goals and I’ve made a plan. It’s not going to be easy, but it’s going to be SO SO SO good for my body, mental health, family and overall life.

The goal: Get healthy overall – mind, body and spirit

How I’m going to do it:

  1. Take Thrive 3-step experience every morning when I wake up.
  2. Move my body – at the gym or walking/running outside
  3. Drink 1 Gallon of water
  4. Eat a low carb diet
  5. Read bible / devotional

That’s it. 4 steps and a lot of determination. I am no longer giving myself an excuse to stop. There is nothing I cannot do. I have the energy to do it because I am fueling my body with the vitamins and minerals it needs first thing in the morning. So here we go! Join the journey and let me know what journey you are on! Remember, this is just my personal plan. It may not be what works best for you, but it’s what I’m doing and I’m excited to share more about it. I’ll dig more into each step over the next few weeks.
